CHARACTERS      Bobby Furapples, our star The typical, movie-obsessed, tailless monkey that believes he's human. Loves working at the theater so much he's never asked for a raise. Lives at the Bedside Manor apartments. His best friend is a sheep named Curt who lives down the hall. He met his good friend, Ann, the alligator, through an online dating service. He holds the world record as the monkey who's seen Star Wars the most times*. Other favorite movies: Indiana Jones and Jurassic Park      The Boss He was the boss when the three-screen Les Salo Kino opened and there's an ongoing bet as to whether he'll still be there when it closes. He's very proud to be in charge of the #17(and rising) three-screen cinema in America. He loves the movie business, but hates modern movies. He doesn't understand why Hollywood kept making movies after they perfected the art with, The Godfather. Other favorite movies: The Sound of Music, Braveheart.      The New Manager Since The Boss can't be there all the time, he needed a New Manager (also, there was that incident with the last manager). The New Manager has no respect for a theater like this. He's afraid he'll never be able to talk to anyone intelligently again about his favorite Academy Award winning movies. He moved to The Windo when the opportunity arose for his wife to get her dream job in the bizarre small town. Other favorite movies: Eyes Wide Shut, Shawshank Redemption      Karen An ordinary, kind, small town girl. She's just out of school, waiting for something to come along. Not much of a moviegoer, but loves watching videos. Audrey Hepburn is her favorite. She hopes someday she'll name an actor Bobby won't be able to link with Kevin Bacon. She loves shopping at the grocery store, especially when Breakfast Cereal is on sale. Other favorite movies: Princess Bride, Forrest Gump *In the movie theater. back
